During my stay at Cochin Zen Hotel, I was impressed by the central location and friendly staff. The rooftop jacuzzi and pool, with stunning views of the skyline, were definite highlights. However, the room I chose had some issues with noise and comfort, which slightly affected my experience.

I booked a room without a window. while it was clean and had a safe, the lack of view and the noisy air conditioning were a concern. The bed wasn't very comfortable for me, despite the staff's efforts to improve it with an extra mattress pad.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was definitely one of the best I've had in Vietnam.
